Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Easy 7-Day Return Window

Most items purchased on Dainmart are eligible for return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect in size/color.

2. Condition of Items for Return

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original brand packaging.
• All price tags, manufacturer seal, and freebies must remain intact.
• Personal hygiene and innerwear items are non-returnable due to health safety regulations.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Upon doorstep pickup and physical verification at our warehouse, your refund will be credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).
