2. Marketplace Platform
Dainmart operates as an intermediary marketplace facilitating transactions between independent third-party vendors and buyers. Products are listed and dispatched by certified vendors under strict platform service agreements.
3. Pricing & Orders
All prices listed on Dainmart are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly specified. Dainmart reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or inventory stock-outs with full immediate refund.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Maharashtra.
